Attorney Monica Crooms Mkhikian
Monica is the daughter of a Guatemalan mother who has always inspired her to advocate for human rights. Throughout her career as an immigration attorney, Monica has represented individuals in deportation proceedings, at risk of being removed from the United States and separated from their families. She has also represented victims of torture and persecution, human trafficking, domestic violence, and other violent crimes, who were able to acquire lawful status because of the atrocities committed against them. Monica is not just an immigration attorney, she is an advocate for human dignity, committed to helping others navigate the available pathways to legalization.
